Shipping policy

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged. 

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Please note, shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by The D3LCO Effect. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. The D3LCO Effect has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier.  All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed.
